🧾 Gas Purchases Work
- Compile and process gas-purchase invoices and ensure accurate recording in the company’s accounting/Oracle systems.
- Check invoice compliance with Gas Sales Agreements, notified gas prices, duties, taxes and payment requirements.
- Prepare and maintain creditor schedules, reconciliations, MIS reports, journal vouchers and cost-of-gas information.
- Coordinate foreign payments, bank documentation and M-Forms/FX-portal activity connected with E&P company invoices.
- Work with Treasury, Accounts, IT, legal and supplier/E&P contacts to resolve invoice, payment, withholding-tax and system issues.
- Maintain supporting documents and records for reporting, internal/external audit and management requirements.
🛡️ Insurance Work
- The Deputy Manager role assists with assessment of insurance needs, review of insurer proposals and recommendations for appropriate cover.
- The role also supports insurance administration for company assets and employees and keeps asset/custodian information current for insurance purposes.
- The Chief Manager role leads the insurance function, arranging adequate coverage for company assets and employees and supporting fair and prompt settlement/recovery of insurance claims.
