The Chief Minister Punjab Climate Leadership Development Internship Program 2026 is a flagship paid internship initiative to develop the next generation of climate leaders in Punjab. 📝 Selection & Program Framework
Applications are screened on academic performance, discipline relevance and availability commitment. Shortlisting follows transparent merit criteria with district and gender quotas. Selected interns receive UNFCCC-aligned structured training via LMS, daily supervised fieldwork, continuous mentorship, feedback, and must complete capstone projects contributing to district-level climate outcomes. Full attendance and satisfactory performance are required to receive the official certificate and alumni network access.
