🎯 Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

1. Vice Principal (BS-18):

Education: 2nd Class / Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree. (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred).
Experience: 05 years post-qualification teaching or administrative experience.
Age Limit: 25–35 years + 5 years general relaxation (Max: 40 Years).

2. Deputy Director General (BS-19):

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
Experience: 12 years post-qualification engineering experience.
Mandatory: Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Age Limit: 32–40 years + 5 years general relaxation (Max: 45 Years).

📜 Selection Process & Testing

Test Format: Descriptive or MCQs (English 20%, Professional 80%).
Vice Principal Focus: Education Planning and Management (EPM).
DDG Focus: Engineering standards and Procurement (PPRA).
