🎯 Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
1. Vice Principal (BS-18):
- Education: 2nd Class / Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree. (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred).
- Experience: 05 years post-qualification teaching or administrative experience.
- Age Limit: 25–35 years + 5 years general relaxation (Max: 40 Years).
2. Deputy Director General (BS-19):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Experience: 12 years post-qualification engineering experience.
- Mandatory: Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Age Limit: 32–40 years + 5 years general relaxation (Max: 45 Years).
📜 Selection Process & Testing
- Test Format: Descriptive or MCQs (English 20%, Professional 80%).
- Vice Principal Focus: Education Planning and Management (EPM).
- DDG Focus: Engineering standards and Procurement (PPRA).
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview by the FPSC board.

- BS-18 (Vice Principal): PKR 750 fee.
- BS-19 (DDG): PKR 1,200 fee.
