🏃 2. Physical & Medical Standards

All field-based candidates must pass a rigorous physical screening to be eligible for the written test.

Running (1 Mile): Males (<35 yrs): 10 mins | Males (>35 yrs) & Females: 12 mins.
Strength (Males): 25 Push-ups and 25 Sit-ups in one minute.
Height: Male (5′ 4″) | Female (5′ 0″).
Chest: 33″ minimum (for male candidates).

Medical Disqualifications: BMI > 30, color blindness (for drivers), or Hepatitis B/C/HIV.

📝 Selection & Training

Testing: Written and Physical tests are managed by PTS.
Academy Training: 4 to 6 months specialized training at National Emergency Academy.
Honorarium: A fixed stipend is provided during the training period.
Probation: 6-month mandatory period after training completion.

One Post: You can apply for only one position per recruitment phase.
