🎯 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: General: 18-28 years (As of Jan 01, 2026). SC/BC (Punjab): Up to 33 years. Ex-Servicemen: As per rules.
Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/BC). Ex-Servicemen: Minimum 10th pass.
Mandatory Language: Must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject.

Stage 1 (CBT): Paper I (100 Marks) & Paper II (Qualifying Punjabi test, 50% required).
Stage 2 (PST/PMT): Running (Male: 1.6km in 6:30; Female: 800m in 4:30), Long/High Jump.
